Thank you for selecting the Services offered by OLC Technologies Private Limited and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (herein after referred to as " OLC Invest ", "we", "our", or "us") via its website www.olcinvest.com.

Kindly review these Terms of Use and Agreement thoroughly. By accepting electronically (for example, clicking “I Agree”), after installing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. You may be able to have access to, or use the Services only if you enter into the Investment Advisory Services Agreement.

OLC Invest Services Agreement

OLC Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at A-1/416, Sushant Lok-II, Sector 55, Gurugram (hereinafter referred to as “OLC Invest” (which expression shall, unless repugnant to or inconsistent with the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns) of the ONE PART.

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, OLC Invest and the Client shall hereinafter be jointly referred to as the “Parties”, and severally as the “Party”.

OLC Technologies Private Limited is Registered as Mutual Fund Distributor with AMFI under registration no ARN-149528, dated 11-Jul-2018. As a Mutual Fund Distributor and as per SEBI regulations OLC Technologies does not make any recommendation to buy / sell any mutual fund scheme.

The Client is desirous of availing investment advisory services from OLC Technologies Private Limited and online execution services through OLC Invest.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms:

You understand and accept that OLC Technologies Private Limited maintains the website – http://www.olcinvest.com, or related websites (referred to as “site” or “website” on this page) to provide visitors with information about OLC Invest, its services and products, and to enable visitors to avail its services. You also accept that visitors to the site are required to read the below terms, and the use of the site constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by such terms. You will also be bound by changes therein to the terms from time-to-time as communicated and made available on the website.

You are aware and accept that all information, content, materials, products (including, but not limited to text, content, photographs, graphics, video and audio content) on the website is protected by copyright in favour of OLC Invest under the applicable copyright laws and the general intellectual property law.

You understand and accept that all information submitted by you on the site shall be deemed the property of OLC Invest, and We shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques provided by you in any manner whatsoever. On initiating contact through the site, you agree to being contacted by OLC Invest, or any other entities with whom OLC Invest has entered into an arrangement, via email, phone call, SMS or any other means. You agree that you shall not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish, enter into a database, display, perform, modify, transmit, license, transfer, or in any way exploit, any part of any information, content, materials, services available on or through the site, except that which you may download for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You agree that you will not use OLC Invest’s website for any purpose that is unlawful, or prohibited by these terms. You also agree you will not use the site in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the website, or interfere with any other party’s use, or enjoyment of the website.

While every effort is taken by OLC Invest to provide accurate and correct information, for reasons beyond its control the information may contain inaccurate data/details. In such cases OLC Invest will not be held responsible for the same. Moreover, some of the statements provided in the website may be forward looking. OLC Invest is under no obligation to update such written statements if conditions change or that unexpected occurrences happen to affect the statement afterwards

You acknowledge that the software and hardware underlying the site, as well as other Internet-related software required for accessing the website, are the legal property of the respective vendors. The permission given by OLC Invest to access the website will not convey any proprietary or ownership rights in the above software/hardware. You agree that you shall not attempt to modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the software/ hardware underlying the website, or create any derivative product based on the software/hardware.

You understand and accept that not all products and services offered on this website are available in all geographic areas, and you may not be eligible for all the products or services offered by OLC Invest on the site. OLC Invest reserves the right to determine the availability and eligibility for any product or service. You are also requested to analyze whether the product / service is suitable to you and also whether you are eligible to invest in such product / service as per the local / international laws.

You understand and accept that OLC Invest is not responsible for the availability of content, or other services on third-party sites linked from the website. You are aware that the access of hyperlinks to other internet sites are at your own risk, and the content, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other links provided by these sites are not verified, monitored or endorsed by OLC Invest in any way.

OLC Invest shall not be liable if any transaction does not fructify, or may not be completed, or for any failure on the part of OLC Invest to perform any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, or those applicable specifically to its services/facilities if performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by a Force Majeure event (defined below). In such a case, its obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure event continues.

“Force Majeure Event” means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of OLC Invest, including and without limitations the unavailability of any communication systems, breach, or virus in the processes or payment or delivery mechanism, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotions, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of the government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, computer crashes, malfunctioning in the computer terminal, or the systems getting affected by any malicious, destructive or corrupting code or program, mechanical or technical errors/failures or power shutdown, faults or failures in telecommunication, etc.

MUTUAL FUND SERVICES

1. The Client shall fill in all the fields of essential data entry on OLC Invest.
2. The algorithm/software offered by OLC Invest shall generate a list of funds based on the information entered by the Client after the completion of the questionnaires.
3. The Mutual Funds provided by OLC Invest will be in accordance with the Client’s investment objective and risk profiling.
4. Nothing contained hereunder in this Agreement shall bind, or require the Client to rely on, or act on the contents of the Mutual Fund Services.
5. The Client can raise queries, if any, by emailing us on support@olcinvest.com or by calling our Customer Support Team on the number mentioned on www.olcinvest.com.
6. The data/information once entered on the platform by the Client, may be modified, changed, amended or retracted by the Client and it shall be considered by OLC Invest as new information requirement.
7. OLC Invest shall perform its duties and obligations described in this Agreement with the highest standards of integrity and fairness and shall act in an ethical manner in all its dealings with the Client.
8. OLC Invest has taken all commercially reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of all confidential or non-public information provided to it by the Client and shall not disclose the same in any manner, except as provided under this Agreement.
9. In case of any change in the status of the account, it will be the duty of the investor to get the same updated at OLC Invest/ Mutual Fund folio level. Every effort will be made by OLC invest to assist the investor.
10. All efforts by OLC Invest is on best effort basis. OLC Invest cannot be held responsible for any delay in allotment of units / redemption of units / credit of redemption proceeds / any other credits.

CLIENT DECLARATION

1. I/We shall provide true, accurate and adequate information as requested on OLC Invest. If there is any change in the information provided by e at the time of opening the account, I /We will inform OLC Invest immediately.
2. I/We shall not transmit or upload programs or materials on OLC Invest that contain malicious code, such as viruses, Trojan horses, spyware, or other potentially harmful programs or other material or information.
3. I / We have read and understood the contents of all the scheme related documents including but not limited to the Statement of Additional Information and Scheme Information Document, Key Information Memorandum (KIM), addenda issued thereto and Product Label of the Scheme(s) before making any investments.
4. I / We agree to abide by the terms, conditions, rules, regulations and take note of the risk factors of the respective scheme(s) as on the date of the transaction.
5. I / We have neither received nor been induced by any rebate or gifts, directly or indirectly in making the above transaction.
6. I / We hereby declare that I am / We are authorized to make the above transaction and the amount invested by me / us in the scheme(s) is through legitimate sources only and does not involve and is not designed for the purpose of any contravention or evasion of any Act, Rules, Regulations, Notifications or Directions issued any statutory or regulatory or government authority from time to time.
7. I/We confirm and believe that this transaction is appropriate for me/us as per my/our investment objective. I/We agree to the terms and conditions for transacting through OLC Investment Account as mentioned below

OLC ACCOUNT FACILITY FOR INVESTMENTS IN MUTUAL FUNDS

This "OLC Account" facility (“Investment Account”) is provided by OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) to enable the Client to carry out online transactions in the units of the mutual funds

OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is empaneled with various AMCs and shall facilitate online transactions in mutual funds for its clients through its website www.olcinvest.com [herein after referred to as "OLC Invest"] and shall be responsible/ liable for all regulatory compliance /contractual obligations with respect to online distribution of units of mutual funds.

Clients may choose to avail of the Mutual Fund Service with OLC Invest. This would include risk profiling, goal planning, and preparation of an investment plan. As part of the Mutual Fund Services, OLC Invest offers free transaction execution and tracking facilities. However, OLC Invest reserves the right to charge any fee at a later date with prospective effect subject to regulations and mutual consent of the investor.

OLC Invest does not make it binding on its clients availing Mutual Fund Services to avail of the transaction execution facilities through the OLC Invest platform and these clients have the option to use OLC Invest only for Mutual Fund Services.

The client may also choose to avail of an Execution of Mutual Fund Services with OLC Invest. This service is offered to clients who wish to use OLC Invest as an integrated platform for investing in Regular Plans. The clients take sole and full responsibility of the investment choices they make or the performance of their investment portfolio. OLC Invest does not guarantee performance of any scheme nor the amount invested nor any returns. Client understands all investments are subject to market risks and therefore their performance may vary depending on the market.

OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd is registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor and shall receive commissions from Asset Management Companies/Mutual Fund Houses. This facility is made available with respect to select Mutual Funds only, with whom OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd has entered into a separate arrangement either directly or through transaction processing platforms such BSEStarMF and accordingly provides online platform to deal in the units of the scheme of these mutual funds that are existing / launched / offered by them from time to time.

By subscribing to OLC Invest, you agree and accept to abide and be bound by these terms and conditions. You further agree to execute all the necessary documents which may be needed from time to time, to send the necessary dealing details to the Mutual Funds / their authorised Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs) to give effect to the dealings made through OLC Invest.

OLC ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Having an Investment Account on OLC Invest is subject to the satisfactory completion of the registration form and submission of all mandatory documents.

Accordingly, while enrolling for the OLC Account registration, your KRA verification process will be checked and you shall provide a PAN Number. If you are not KYC registered, you can avail Online KYC Service. We have tied up with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited [herein after referred as Signzy] along with Signzy Technologies Private Limited [herein after referred as Signzy]. ICICI Providing Online KYC Services and Signzy is Providing Technology Services for same.

OLC Invest is Medium to provide Online KYC. Online KYC application will be processed by the ICICI, Submitted to ICICI through Signzy Platform. You agree and authorise Signzy to submit all the KYC Documents and the client related documents to the respective Mutual Funds, Asset Management Companies and/ or their Registrar and Transfer Agents for the purpose of validation and to comply with regulatory requirement notified from time to time.

In OLC Account Registration Process, OLC Invest can ask Basic details like personal details, bank details etc. You may ask to Submit Account Opening Form which will be duly singed by You. You understand and agree that the AMC or RTA or KRA shall be entitled to carry out further checks to validate the authenticity of the request / or to reject/ disallow any transaction in the connection herewith.

Once it is ascertained that the investor is KRA verified and Submitted Duly Signed Account Opening Form, OLC Invest account would be activated. The account can be operated using your OLC invest Email id and password. You agree and unconditionally confirm that you shall be solely responsible to ensure protection and confidentiality of the Email ID and password at all times and any disclosure thereof shall be entirely at your risk and accept the sole responsibility to maintain the secrecy of all information of confidential nature and shall ensure that the same is not disclosed to any other person.

You agree that access to OLC Invest Account may be suspended / cancelled /terminated without liability, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice if you do not comply with any of these Terms or any modifications thereof.

You agree and understand that no change of address, mobile no., e-mail id and / or bank details can be allowed for such accounts, unless a duly signed hard copy of such written request is sent to the AMC / CAMS / POS for signature verification and other formalities.

EXECUTION CONDITIONS

You grant authority to OLC Invest to process and transmit such request made by you through the OLC Invest Account authenticated by the Email ID and password and authorize OLC Invest to execute your instructions with regards to purchase /redemption /switch/sell or other transactions/ activities in respect of mutual funds on your behalf, as may be instructed by you from time to time, on the terms and conditions mentioned herein. OLC Invest will not be held responsible for any delay / deficiency in executing such transactions for reasons beyond its control.

You agree and confirm that AREVUK and / or its authorized representative is / are not in a position to verify that the dealings are indeed undertaken by you at the time of dealing through the OLC Invest Account and OLC Invest shall be not held responsible for any transactions arising out of the misuse of the password by any person other than you.

You understand and agree that instructions given by you to OLC Invest for transacting in mutual fund units will be forwarded to the AMC/RTA via a transaction processing platform that OLC Invest has a prior contractual arrangement with CDSL and BSE StarMF or such service provider in an electronic format and AMC/RTA will process the transaction on the basis of such Electronic Parameters only. And you hereby agree and consent to the transmission of data by electronic means through the OLC Invest Account from the website.

There is no guarantee for any returns on investments made in Mutual Fund scheme(s). Past performance mutual fund/schemes does not indicate the future performance of the schemes and may not necessarily provide a basis of comparison with other investments. Mutual fund and securities are subject to market risks and there can be no assurance that the objectives of the schemes will be achieved. It is presumed that client understand these risk factors before investing in any scheme / investment.

As with any investment in securities, the NAV of units issued under the schemes can go up or down depending on the factors and forces affecting capital markets.

You agree and authorize OLC Invest to communicate on your behalf with the AMC’s for financial and /or non-financial transactions.

You agree to comply with KYC (Know your Client/Customer) and KRA requirements as required under SEBI (KYC Registration Agency) Regulation 2011, SEBI Act 1992, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, all laws and regulations including but not limited to the Foreign Exchange Management Act, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, to the extent applicable for availing the OLC Invest account.

You acknowledge that dealing through the OLC Invest Account will be at your own risks. You shall solely be responsible to evaluate all the risks arising out of the same. The risks would, inter alia include:

The OLC Invest Account may be susceptible to number of frauds, misuse, phishing, hacking and other actions, which could affect instructions sent to OLC Invest/its authorized representatives. There cannot be any guarantee from such internet frauds, phishing, hacking and other actions.

You further agree and acknowledge that the Mutual Fund/Asset Management Company will act only on the electronic transaction data forwarded by OLC Invest and will be under no obligation to verify and/or confirm the authenticity of such transactions including the content, source etc. You hereby confirm that you will not hold the Mutual Fund/Asset Management Company liable and/or responsible for any loss/damage that you may incur as a result of any such improper use of your password/Investment Services Account.

You agree and acknowledge that the filling in of transaction data/instructions for onward forwarding to the Mutual Fund/Asset Management Company would require you to incorporate proper, accurate and complete details. In the event of your account receiving an incorrect credit by reason of a mistake committed by any third party, the concerned mutual fund / asset management company or the bank shall be entitled to reverse the incorrect credit at any time without your consent.

You shall be liable and responsible to OLC Invest/ concerned mutual fund / concerned Asset Management Company for any unfair or unjust gain obtained by you as a result of the incorrect credit.

The mutual funds / asset management companies may at its discretion not give effect to your transactions where the mutual fund / asset management companies have reasons to believe that the transactions are not genuine or are otherwise improper or unclear or raise a doubt OLC Invest is not responsible for any such action taken by the mutual fund/asset management company and accordingly you cannot raise the issue with OLC Invest The respective mutual fund/asset management company shall not be liable for the loss of any opportunity costs incurred by you, if any transactions are not carried out for any reasons whatsoever. You understand that any payment made by you towards such transactions will be refunded to your account, after deduction of charges, if any.

You understand that OLC Invest will make best efforts to resolve any queries that you may have regarding your investment account with OLC Invest as well as your investments in any specific Mutual Fund schemes. You may also communicate directly with the Mutual Fund/Asset Management Company to resolve any clarifications that you may have pertaining to your investments in the Mutual Fund Schemes.

For any transactions that come through offline mode, the signature available in KYC records would be used for signature verification and in the event of such signature not being available or legible, and the AMC would be within its rights to carry out further checks to validate the authenticity of the request.

You agree and acknowledge that, notwithstanding anything contained hereunder, the Company may enter into separate arrangements with product providers, including but not limited to, asset management companies, insurance companies, ITR filing companies and others for the purpose of providing/ receiving certain ancillary services including in relation to investor education on its platform, with or without consideration

In the event an Account is jointly held, you acknowledge that all instructions (including instructions for modification of this clause) shall be given only by the first holder of such Account, on behalf of all of you and for this purpose, the joint investors, irrevocably constitute the first holder above as your agent. All instructions given by the first holder above shall be binding on all of you as if given by each of you personally. You hereby authorize OLC Invest to process and transmit such instructions given from time to time in relation to your transactions to the respective mutual funds / asset management companies.

TRANSACTION CONDITIONS

The online requests will be executed based on the instructions of investors registered for – OLC Invest Account. You agree and confirm that all the authorized and complete transactions will be processed at the applicable NAV (as defined in the Scheme Information Document of respective schemes of Mutual Funds) subject to receipt of funds and acceptance of your transaction by the Mutual Funds/ RTAs.

You agree not to hold AREVUK / its authorised representatives liable for any loss that may arise to you as a result of the incorrect NAV applied on units allotted to you by the Mutual Fund.

The money debited from your Bank Account shall be collected in the pool account of the third-party service provider and from there it will be credited / transferred to the respective Mutual Funds either on the same day (in case the order is placed before the cut off time) or the next working day (in case the order is placed after the cut off time). Hence, you agree, understand and acknowledge that there would be an interim time lag in transferring / crediting the money from the pool account of the third-party service provider to the respective Mutual Fund account.

You agree that when subscription for mutual fund units is remitted through joint bank accounts of investors, the default option for applying for mutual funds unit would be in the joint names of all the account holders of the bank account. If the payment is not made from a Registered Bank Account or from an account not belonging to the first named unit holder, your transaction will be rejected.

The units of the schemes shall be allotted, redeemed or switched, as the case may be, at the Net Asset Value (NAV) prevalent on the date of the transaction request by the Mutual fund, if the request for purchase, redemption or switch is placed before the cut-off time.

You agree that any transaction request falling due on a holiday or after the cut off time mentioned on the website would be processed on the next working day and respective NAV would be applicable as per the Mutual Fund's Scheme Information Document. The cut-off timings will be prior to the statutory cut-off timing specified under the SEBI Regulations and the Scheme Information Document for operational convenience. Holiday means any day which is not a Business Day. The transactions once placed cannot be cancelled.

OLC Invest /its authorized representative/service provider does not take any responsibility for any delay in acceptance / execution or non-execution / rejection of the order by the AMC. Once the information is provided by the Mutual Funds for the rejection, the Investor will be informed within 2 Business Days. You agree that there may be a time lag between the time a transaction is completed and before the same is updated in the records of OLC Invest /its authorized representatives/service provider.

In absence of sufficient funds (in case of purchase) / lesser quantity of units (in case of sell/ switch), OLC Invest /its authorized representative/service provider shall not be responsible for the non-execution / rejection of your instructions.

In case of Redemptions, if the number of Units held by the Customer as per the records maintained by AMC and/or the Authorized Registrar is less than the number of Units requested to be redeemed, then the available units will be redeemed. Wherever redemption of “all” units is specified in the request, all Unit holdings in that Scheme shall be redeemed. All Redemptions shall be subject to the provisions mentioned in the respective Offer Document / Scheme Information Document and addenda thereto issued from time to time.

You agree that the payment for the transactions undertaken by you through OLC Invest Account will be facilitated through a payment gateway and OLC Invest/its authorized representatives/ service provider shall not be liable for any failures in the link or for any fraud (either payment gateway ‟ s and/or bank ‟ s end) that could take place at the time of at the time of making payment and you shall inform OLC Invest /its authorized representatives/service provider immediately if the your bank account is debited and wherein corresponding Units have not been allotted.

In case of rejection of your purchase request by the mutual fund, the amount will be credited into your bank account only after the receipt of the refund from the relevant Mutual Fund.

Redemption proceeds and dividend payouts shall get credited directly by the AMC into your bank account provided at the time of registration with OLC Invest. Provided, the bank account provided by you is from the list of banks with which the Mutual Fund has a direct credit arrangement. The list of such banks is mentioned in the Scheme Information Document or Key Information Memorandum (KIM) cum common application form of the respective Mutual Fund.

All the purchase transactions pertaining to mutual funds made on the website shall be allotted an online folio number and you will be able to access the transaction account statement in electronic format. You will receive the Accounts Statements directly from the AMCs/RTAs.

You agree and acknowledge that transactions done through OLC Invest will be tagged with the AMFI Code of OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (ARN-149528).

There may be applicable exit load/any other charge levied by the Mutual Funds will be chargeable in accordance with the Scheme Information Documents (SID) /Key Information Memorandum (KIM) and addendums issued thereto from time to time (collectively referred to as “scheme related documents”). You shall read all the scheme related documents before investing.

RTA(CAMS/KARVY) TRANSACTION FEEDS AND PORTFOLIO REPORTING RELATED CONDITIONS

You authorize OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for receiving the Client’s investment details and reverse feed files from the AMC & RTA/s. You hereby give consent to share/provide the transactions data feed/portfolio holdings/ NAV etc. in respect of your investments under direct plans of all schemes managed by OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. tagged with the AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor Code ARN-149528.

OLC TECHNOLOGIES OR SYSTEM RELATED CONDITIONS

You agree and undertake not to hold OLC Invest / its authorized representatives/service providers for the following:

1. any delay or failure in processing the transactions carried out by you due to any system failure or for any other reason whatsoever.
2. for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by you due to any error, defect, failure or interruption in the dealing arising from or caused by any reason whatsoever.
3. for any fraud, negligence/mistake or misconduct by you including failure to comply with the KRA/KYC norms or provision of a valid PAN or PMLA requirements
4. for any breach or non-compliance by you of these Terms.
5. for permitting any person who provides Mutual OLC Invest/ its authorized representatives/service providers with the password to deal with OLC Invest Account.
6. for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by you due to withdrawal or termination or suspension of the dealing facility arising from or caused by any reason whatsoever

OLC INVEST PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights to this Website, the content displayed on the website and / or for providing OLC Invest Account facility and/or technology (in any form) made available to you as a part of or in conjunction with the Services are the intellectual or proprietary properties of OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

These properties in all material provided on the website (excluding any applicable third-party materials) is held by OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. Except as expressly permitted herein or on the website, none of the material provided on the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transferred or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Further, you shall not transfer, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on the materials provided on the Website.

You also agree not to use any information available on the website for any unlawful purpose, and you shall comply with all instructions and directions issued if any to protect the respective rights in the information.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall make reasonable efforts to keep all the information relating your dealings through OLC Invest Account confidential. Provided however that the OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall be entitled to disclose any information or particulars pertaining to you to any authority, statutory or otherwise as may be required by law or third party service provider required to effect the transactions requested by you.

OLC Invest Account Passwords are stored in Database in Encrypted Format. OLC Invest / its authorized representatives/service providers not able to access your account in any manner.

SYSTEMATIC INVESTMENT PLANS (SIP) THROUGH E-NACH MANDATE RELATED CONDITIONS

You understand and acknowledge that there could be a minimum time gap of at least 15 working days from the date of submission of physical mandate, to enable the activation / registration of online SIP facility, subject to the successful validation of the mandate by the Banks. Likewise, there shall be a minimum gap of at least 30 working days from the date of receipt of SIP deactivation mandate and last investment made under SIP.

Upon successful registration of mandate, you can start the online SIP facility for making investment in mutual funds a fixed amount of money at a fixed frequency of time based on your convenience and choice.

You grant Authority to OLC Invest/ its authorized payment processing service provider (third party service provider) to debit your registered Bank Account through National Payments Corporation of India’s NACH (National Automated Clearing House) to enable the collection of the SIP installments and transferring to the respective AMC’ s bank account. The conditions related to NACH are applicable as and when such a facility is made available.

You agree and acknowledge that in order to enable you to get the NAV on the SIP date (T date) chosen by you, debit of the SIP amount from your Bank Account shall happen few days prior to the SIP date (T). e.g. T-2, T-4 etc., depending upon NACH debit cycle of your Bank, which could vary from location to location, as per NACH mechanism. You understand and acknowledge that, OLC Invest / its third-party service provider shall do a backward calculation from T date and depending upon NACH debit cycle, your account will be debited on T - no. of days, such that on T date (SIP day), the funds reach the respective AMC’s Bank account and the transaction data reach the respective registrar of AMC, to enable them to allot units as per NAV on T date.

You agree and shall ensure to keep sufficient funds available in your Bank account at least 7 days prior to SIP date (T date). You understand and acknowledge that SIP installment and allotment of units shall be subject to realization of funds. You shall not hold OLC Invest/its third-party Service Provider liable, in case the SIP installment process could not be completed due to insufficient funds in your Bank account on any particular NACH debit cycle date i.e., on T - no. of days. In such case, the SIP installment shall lapse for that T of the month/quarter/half year/year as the case may be.

You agree, understand and acknowledge that in the entire process there would be an interim time lag in debiting the money from your Bank Account and the actual transferring / crediting to the respective AMC’s Bank account, as the money after the debited from your Bank Account shall be lying in the NACH debit cycle and / or third-party pool account, before the actual transfer of funds to AMC’ s bank account on SIP date.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

The OLC Invest facility / services may at any time be suspended / disallowed /modified for such reason and for such time period as deem fit like inactive / dormant user id, noncompliance of the terms stated herein, death, insolvency, bankruptcy of the investor, any other cause arising out of the operation of law or such other reason as deems proper.

OLC Invest facility may be terminated by giving you 30 days intimation/notice to your registered e-mail id or by way of SMS to your registered phone number. You may terminate the dealings at any time by writing to OLC Technologies Pvt, Ltd. or deactivating your Email id and password. In either case, you are required to give a prior written notice of 15 days. In the event of termination for any reason whatsoever, you shall be liable to pay all outstanding charges and dues, if any.

In case you cease to be a client of OLC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. then all your details will be provided to the Mutual Fund/AMCs and as are required by them to enable you to deal and interact directly with the AMCs/Mutual Fund

By using OLC Invest’s services, you shall be deemed to have accepted the changed terms and conditions.

You understand and agree that these terms are in addition to, and not in derogation of, the applicable terms and conditions relating to your usage of any OLC Invest services that you may be currently availing, or may avail in the future.
